Shipping Area:
We currently only ship within the United States.
Shipping Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. The above process and shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location.
DUAL DILEMMA is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Shipping Rates:
All shipping is FREE on orders over $100. Any order below that will have a flat rate shipping fee cost of $10.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please contact your local USPS for information regarding your package.
RETURN POLICY
General Return Policy:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

After we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Holiday Return Policy: For the holiday season, we have extended our return policy. Any orders placed between December 6, 2024, and December 31, 2024, can be returned until January 14, 2025.
